How long will my order take?All made to order pieces require time to create. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production, plus shipping time. Most orders will arrive within a 3–6 week window from the time of purchase.
Do you have anything that ships faster?Yes. Items listed as Ready to Ship are already made and will be sent out much quicker. If you need something sooner, check that section first or reach out via email.
Why does it take so long?Pretty Brutal Designs is currently a one person operation. Every piece is handmade individually, not mass produced. Time is taken to ensure each item is crafted with intention, durability, and quality.
What materials do you use?Most pieces are made from stainless steel and glass beads, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Materials are thoughtfully sourced from a mix of suppliers and small creators to maintain quality and uniqueness.
Will my jewelry tarnish?Stainless steel is highly durable and resistant to tarnishing, making it ideal for everyday wear. Proper care will help extend the life and finish of your piece.
